YumaPOS uses push notification messages to inform customers about statuses of their orders. Back Office lets you configure this Push Messaging service. You can specify types of the push messages to send to customers.

How to Configure the Push Messages Settings

To configure the push messages settings

  1. In the left pane of Back Office Management console, expand the Notification Center node, and then click Push Settings.
    This opens a list of the notification messages types similar to the following screen:

  2. In this list, turn off the toggle buttons next to the notification messages you want to disable.
    TIP: The above settings illustrate how to prevent customers from receiving notifications about assigning their delivery order to driver.
  3. Click Update to save your changes.
