The Discount module is where you’ll create all manual discounts for staff to apply on the POS Terminal Application.

These manual discounts are not flexible at the point of sale, and will be applied by the cashier in the checkout screen according to how they’re configured in the Back Office.
In this module, you can either add new or edit existing discounts.
Custom discounts like these are quick and easy to create, giving flexibility to stores to create short-term specific or longer-term general discounts.

For other purposes, perhaps larger businesses with numerous cashiers or stores with seasonal events, we think you’ll find our automatic discount campaign function more suitable – these also include automated reward and loyalty programs.

You can define which members of staff are allowed to apply discounts through the Role Editing function, which we’ve been through earlier.
