YumaPOS solution allows your customers to leave direct feedback on their orders using Customer Mobile application.

The feedback functionality is a really useful tool for businesses to identify their strengths and weaknesses. 

To view feedback

  1. In the left pane of Back Office Management console, expand the Customers node, and then click Feedback.
    This displays the Feedback list similar to the following screen:

  2. Optionally, use the control elements on the top of this window to filter the Feedback list by store, subject, period. Click Apply to apply your filter.
  3. To view details on a particular feedback, in the Feedback list, click the feedback entry.
    After this, Back Office console displays an information about order details including date, time, store name, member of staff and receipt details.
