In the Categories section, we can add or edit existing categories. We can also define which categories will be available within the mobile app. This is updated in real-time, so categories can be activated or deactivated whenever is necessary.

Let’s open one category. Here, we can set the availability of the items within this category on a varying time basis. We can set the days on which the category is available, and the timeframes within those days.

It’s important to know that when the overall category availability is changed, all items within that category will have their individual availability status updated to match the category. It is possible also to mention for which stores this category and its items will be available. For that purpose just add stores in the stores field of this category.

Let’s return to the categories list and see how we manage the order in which categories are displayed – both in the mobile app and in the POS terminal app.
To change the display order, tap the ‘Edit Positions’ button. This button can also be used to change the order of items and more within each category.
This function always works the same way. We just drag and drop elements in the order we want, then click save.

The updates settings will be applied to the Terminal app and Mobile app immediately.
To ensure these have been correctly updated in the POS terminal, head to settings and click on the ‘synchronize menu’ button.
To ensure the mobile app has been correctly synchronized, simply close the app and reload the menu.
