Customers can leave this feedback through the mobile app on paid or closed orders.
Feedback is private by default. This is so the feedback system is used only as a channel from customer to store, without any unexpected PR effects. Feel free to share whatever you like afterwards!

All customer feedback is available from Back Office Feedback sub-module.
Each line provides extensive information about order details including date, time, store name, member of staff and receipt details. It then shows the any feedback the customer left through the form in the mobile app.
