All Delivery orders will appear in the Delivery module of the POS Terminal application.

This separate delivery-only list can be sorted by date and time, and filtered by order status via the tabs above.
Each order can be printed out for the delivery driver. The printout includes order details including delivery address and price.

For active deliveries, you can assign a driver. You can assign multiple orders per driver.

Orders assigned to a driver and sent out for delivery have their own status – In Delivery. Set this by clicking on the ‘Start Delivery’ button below.
The order status will be changed, and the order will be moved from the ‘in store’ tab to ‘in delivery’. The customer will then, if using the mobile app, receive a notification letting them know their order is on the way.

Once the order has been fulfilled, you can move the orders along from ‘in delivery’ to ‘delivered’ using the button below.
As always, before closing the order, ensure it’s been paid! If already paid via the mobile app, the status indicator will turn green. If the order was paid for by cash, this’ll have to be manually checked.

For cash payments, use the ‘Money Drop’ button below. This is the same for all cash payments – in store, delivery and takeout. Once you’ve confirmed cash payment via ‘money drop’, the status indicator will change to green.
Now we can close the order.
